Terms and Conditions
1.1- These Terms and Conditions (referred to hereinafter as T&C) govern the use of Baitak Rewards Travel Cataloge and the redemption points through Baitak Rewards Travel Catalogue
1.2- Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted or (any such variations or amendments will become effective and binding on the member thirty (30) days after notification to the member by any means of authenticated communication the bank deems fit).
1.3- Silver and Black Tier Cardholders are eligible for this option
2.1- Baitak Rewards Program: The rewards program run by Kuwait Finance House pursuant to which members earn reward Points by performing transactions through his/her Kuwait Finance House selected cards and services and then redeeming the earned Points for different rewards.
2.2- Baitak Rewards Travel: Baitak Rewards Travel catalogue that allows members to redeem points in exchange of flight tickets, hotel bookings, and car rentals.
2.3- Member: Baitak Rewards eligible member
2.4- Baitak Rewards Points: (referred to hereinafter as Points) The Points accrued by a program member based on certain behavior.
3- General Conditions
3.1- Baitak Rewards Travel offer through Al Ostora Travel Company, renowned worldwide in the travel industry, the widest options, best availability at competitive prices and in most of the cases lower than market rates.
3.2- It is crucial to mention that “Baitak Rewards” acts solely as an independent intermediary or mediator between you, Al Ostora Travel Company and suppliers (WORLDWIDE SUPPLIERS OR GLOBAL WHOLESALERS SERVICE PROVIDERS) and/or technology developer (XML / WHITE LABEL Technology Team), thus transmitting details of your bookings to the relevant parties.
3.3- Baitak Rewards acts, within the scope of the cooperation agreements with suppliers, as an agent only - NOT AS A PROVIDER OF HOTEL AND LOCAL SERVICES.
3.4- Baitak Rewards does not enter into contractual relations whatsoever with the end customers under this travel catalogue. Baitak Rewards does not assume any responsibility for the extent, quality, and possible defaults of the hotels’ and/or suppliers company services.

5- Travel Catalogue Redemption
5.1- Redemption of air tickets, hotel stays, car rentals are subject to the terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the issuer or supplier thereof from time to time.
5.2- Once issued, an order for a change or cancellation of air tickets, hotel stays, car rentals will follow the rules and policy of the third party supplier offered by Al Ostora Travel Company.
5.3- In case of booking cancellation of air tickets, hotel stays, car rentals booking, and if cancellation is allowed by the supplier, member will get a credit balance with Al Ostora to be used for a future booking. Cancellations or changes will not affect member’s Baitak Rewards Points balance.
5.4- Redemption of air tickets, hotel stays, and car rentals or the issue of vouchers for the same are listed under My Bookings section in KFH Baitak Rewards App or Website. Kuwait Finance House will not be responsible for any redemption of air tickets, hotel stays or car rentals or the issue of a voucher sent to the wrong e-mail ID or delivery address or returned as a result of the Baitak Rewards members failure to update his/her account profile information on Baitak Rewards Website or Mobile App.
5.5- Members are allowed to pay for a booking with Baitak points only.
Baitak Rewards member may contact Al Ostora Travel Company’s on +965 95009871 ,Whatsapp on the same number and email: email@example.com for any booking confirmation, changes, and refund related queries. Likewise, Al Ostora Travel Team may contact Baitak Rewards member directly in case of any flight schedule changes or cancellations.
5.6- Al Ostora will charge the Baitak Rewards member directly in case of changes or refund request as per the supplier’s terms & conditions.
5.7- Changes and refund request will be handled in accordance with the suppliers’ fare rules and cancellation policies to avoid any issue with Kuwait Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
5.8- Al Ostora to charge Baitak Rewards member directly a service fee of KWD10 per flight ticket, hotel voucher, and car rental voucher for every amendment or refund as mandated by Kuwait Directorate General of Civil Aviation.
6- Flight Redemption
6.1- In order to book a flight using points, the Baitak Rewards account holder must have enough points available to cover the entire cost of the flight being booked, including taxes and fees. If members do not see the ability to apply their Baitak points on the checkout page, this is an indicator that they do not have enough points to cover the entire flight cost, and are therefore ineligible to use their points on that booking.
6.2- Taxes, fees, and surcharges for the booking are included in the number of Baitak points required for redemption.
6.3- Flights do not have to be roundtrips. Flights into and out of different airports are permitted.
6.4- Airline participation may vary from market to market.
6.5- Holds cannot be placed on Baitak Rewards flight reward reservations.
6.6- Where points applied covers 100% of the cost of the booking, member is not eligible to earn points on that transaction.
7- Hotel Redemption
7.1- Members can redeem available Baitak points to pay for full cost of a hotel room. Points can only be redeemed where payment is being made to Baitak Rewards Travel at time of booking.
7.2- Where points applied covers 100% of the cost of the booking, member is not eligible to earn points on that transaction.
8- Car Redemption
8.1- Members can redeem available Baitak points to pay for full cost of a car rental. Points can only be redeemed where payment is being made to Baitak Rewards Travel at time of booking.
8.2- All point redemption and bookings are subject to availability and restrictions of the relevant travel supplier.
8.3- Where points applied covers 100% of the cost of the booking, member is not eligible to earn points on that transaction.
